Shipping policy

Shipping Times:
Orders ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern ship the same day if in stock.

Mixed Orders (Same-Day + Custom Items): If your order includes both a same-day/ready-to-ship item and a custom or made-to-order item, your entire order will ship together once the slowest item is ready — regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Shipping insurance is recommended. Charmbox Men is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier if insurance was not purchased.
